Canadian Forces Housing Agency Borden and ASU Toronto Windows Replacement

Scope of Work:

Replacement of windows and patio doors for 53 houses. Removing old aluminum windows as well as the old wood frames and replacing them with UPVC vinyl windows with thermo glass and vinyl brick mold. All interior was finished with wood extensions and wood trim.
Back sliding doors were replaced to a UPVC vinyl patio doors.

The front windows in some units were raised off the floor as well as had shaped window transoms on the top. The exterior was finished with wood plank style siding matching to the existing siding and the inside completed with dry wall.
All exterior wood siding was painted color matching to the old siding and the interior wood trim, dry wall and baseboard were mudded and painted. The job was completed successfully in 45 days, in accordance to governments’ specs and requirements. The project was marked and evaluated - check out our evaluation for this project.

Replace Windows and Doors on Married Quarters on North Townsites for Canadian Forces Housing Agency at Canadian Forces Base Petewawa

Scope of Work:

Replacement of windows and entrance doors for 51 houses.
Description:
Removing old aluminum windows as well as the old wood frames and replacing them with UPVC vinyl windows with thermo glass and vinyl brick mold. All interior was finished with wood extensions and casing. The front windows were raised two feet of the floor. They got framed, insulated and proper vapor barriers were used to keep the cold weather out. The exterior was finished with vinyl siding and the interior with dry wall as well as there were electrical outlets installed under the windows.
Replacement of entrance doors to steel doors with a free maintenance clad vinyl frame. The doors had various glass designs as well as were installed with all the hardware (dead bolt and handle). Inside was finished with wood trim.
All interior wood trim, dry wall and baseboard were mudded and painted. The job was completed successfully in accordance to governments’ specs and requirements. The project was marked and evaluated - check out our evaluation for this project.
